The company works with fully owned vessels with significant lift capacities. The active fleet comprises around ten vessels with two more high-specification assets, designed for the installation of next generation of wind turbine generators and foundations, under construction.. The vessels enable the company to carry out the largest and most challenging projects throughout the entire world.

Job information
As a Project Operations Engineer (POE), you’ll be the bridge between onshore logistics support and offshore installation. Working closely with the Project Operations Manager, you’ll ensure offshore operations run smoothly, with a strong focus on safety, certification, and operational documentation.

  • Ensure offshore installation spreads are fully prepared, focusing on certification, bridging documentation, SIMOPS, and the Safety Assurance Process.
  • Support offshore teams with logistics, transport, safety, and certification needs.
  • Participate in daily conference calls with vessels to coordinate operational updates.
  • Review offshore installation procedures and work with engineers and field teams to ensure vessels are ready for mobilization.
  • Provide logistical support for project equipment, including tracking, inspection, readiness, delivery, and demobilization.
  • Oversee the preparation and on-hire survey of support vessels, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Liaise with clients in-country regarding certification and logistical preparation.
  • Provide technical support to local operational teams and assist in managing logistics activities such as freight forwarding and vessel logistics.
  • Report local expense commitments in collaboration with the in-country Cost Controller.
  • Ensure all work complies with project requirements and follows safety, health, and quality standards.

Who they are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in offshore construction, ideally in shallow waters.
  • Experience with large EPCI and SURF projects, especially in logistics support, mobilization, and field engineering.
  • Skilled in coordinating support services and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Experience with developing project schedules, preferably using Microsoft Project.
