Your mission

As the Procurement Maestro, your mission involves:

• Executing the procurement of goods and services for allocated vessels, assets, or operational bases with tactical precision.
• Masterminding Forwarding & Expediting strategies to ensure a seamless and timely flow of goods and services, avoiding any delays or penalties during clearance.
• Navigating within standardized OR SCM policies, processes, and systems, utilizing tech tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SAP Ariba, for impactful metrics.
• Leading specific elements of the supply chain process, collaborating with vendors to enhance cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
• Capitalizing on valuable lessons learned, adhering to best practices, and championing safety and integrity consistently.
• Playing a pivotal role in vendor selection, management, and monitoring, actively contributing to vendor evaluations.
• Proactively supporting internal stakeholders like Vessel Teams, ROV, and project teams with your SCM prowess.
• Maintaining a robust line of communication with vendors throughout the process, ensuring unwavering adherence to quality and deadlines.
• Crafting insightful reports and logs for internal parties, proactively flagging issues for swift identification and resolution.
